01What is a CSR and how do I create one?
A CSR is a signed request that contains your certificate details and public key. You can create it from your hosting panel or server. Your private key stays with you.
02How long does validation take?
Email verification is instant with a code or secure link. Domain validation depends on DNS propagation or whether the HTTP validation file is reachable.
03Which validation method should I choose?
Choose DNS validation if you manage DNS records; choose HTTP validation if you can upload a file to the web root of your domain.
04How will I receive my certificate files?
When the process is complete, the certificate ZIP package is emailed as an attachment and also provided through a time-limited secure download link.
Automatic CSR details
A CSR and private key suitable for your domain will be generated securely on the server side. When the certificate is ready, the files will be added to the ZIP package.
Important: The Common Name must exactly match the Domain name (FQDN) in the form. If it does not match, the process will not start.
Data use and communication preferences
The first name, last name, email, phone, domain, CSR, and IP information you submit in the form are processed to create your SSL request, deliver verification codes, run abuse checks, provide support, and send certificate status notifications.
Email and SMS may be used for verification, certificate delivery, reissue, support replies, and expiration reminders. Advertising or campaign messages are sent only when legally valid permission exists.
If you enter incorrect contact information, it cannot be changed from the form screen for security reasons; you must open a support ticket.
